I’ve had a similar experience with a promotion. Online sales experience was bad, their chat bot will run you in circles.Took nearly 2 hours with a live agent to make right my account.Amazon card still hasn’t crossed the pending validation stage. I don’t expect to ever see it. I not going to frustrate myself and get angry. I’ll will just wait and if doesn’t happen I’ll move on to another carrier.
