I'm a new Verizon subscriber and just had my number ported from my carrier. I downloaded the app and I presents a message 'Looks like something went wrong'. When I try to contact support through the chat bot, during the requested sign in it goes to 'Site not found'. So....I'm deaf. I can't get any technical support be it email, chat or 'Verizon App' notification. What am I supposed to do?
