How To View Contacts on Computer Stored in Verizon Cloud

I just want to look at the Contacts that apparently are being backed up to the Verizon Cloud from my Samsung Galaxy S23 phone. I have searched and searched and simply cannot find the answer to this. There must (?) be a way to do this. I recently lost a few of my contacts (mysteriously the ones I use most often). I want to see if they are in the backup on the Cloud. Thanks for your help!!

Note - Contacts are a Sync Service so if you delete on your device after the next update the Cloud App will also delete them. Check your device's Contacts App for a trashcan to restore.

Glory be!! Unbelievable! An answer that actually works. At least one of the videos suggested didn't match what I saw when I went to the Verizon website. I got the totally annoying response when I got to the website that I had to download an app on my Windows laptop in order to look at my contacts from my PC. So I did that and then later that evening when I could get back to it, I was totally unable to log into Verizon's site at all, despite trying several times with the phone texts and everything. On top of all this mess, I discovered that I have been paying Verizon $5.99 a month for the cloud.

So just now I tried what you said. So simple. I now see what happened, maybe. In the trash are duplicates of many contacts. So I had noticed this on my phone about a week ago. So I went in and deleted the duplicates, but only one of each of the same one. Somehow the phone deleted both of each duplicated contact. Why, who knows? Maybe you do. So this is what happened to my contacts. And yet, there weren't duplicates of every contact. Again, ????

Thank you so much for simple basic answer. Why this was never on any help documentation provided by Verizon is another mystery but one I am totally used to in navigating computer/phone issues.

I called Verizon and got a very helpful person. When she couldn't figure out the issue, she contacted Samsung and told that person my problem. While it wasn't simple, that person did figure out the issue. Which is that some of my contacts were saved to the local storage on my phone. Some of them are in Google. It was the Google ones that got duplicated. Not sure why deleting one of each duplicate resulted in all of those being deleted but.... When I did the restore for each from the Trash in the Contacts, it was restoring them, but to the Google Contacts. I could see both if I clicked on the three lines in the upper left corner and selected All Contacts. By doing some magic that I tried to write down, but probably couldn't follow again, all the contacts got backed and synced. Now I can see all of them when I go into Contacts. I did the backup to the Verizon Cloud on my phone and it did say it backed up all of them. So why can't I see the Contacts now when I log into the Verizon Cloud on my PC?

Please Note - We are revamping the Web Portal to reflect Contacts from our NAB so that view functionality is currently unavailable. The downloaded Desktop App does not have Contacts functionality at this time. We still sync non-encrypted contacts between your device and the VZCloud service as a background function (every SAVE action on your device's Contacts app is added to the list and the sync is about every 5 min. No data charges apply for this sync).
If your Device (see Accounts) allows the sync of contacts from other services (Google, Hotmail, Yahoo, other) then all that is blended into the Device's Contacts App and the VZCloud will sync what has not been protected from copy by one of those other services. I personally recommend that anyone using a Contacts App on their device use that app's "Export" feature and save your list (.vcf file) to SIM card. That will protect the list incase you have a Device wipe or Factory Reset allowing you to Import after and recover your Contacts.
