Your final bill comes via snail mail. Not sure if Verizon CS can access your last bill, but you could try sending a private message to @vzw_customer_support?

Hi davidnba6! Sorry to hear you have left us. We get it, bill details are important. Have you had a chance to log on to you My Verizon. When an account becomes inactive, you want to use your username, not your phone number when logging in. have you tried this?
