On Sept 29 I made a full purchase for a new phone. Things went wrong right away when I never received a confirmation email. Four days later the order showed up on my account and the full amount was charged on my card but when I went to get the phone it was already too late and was back in stock. The decision was made to just wait and it will automatically cancel and will be refunded.
That never happened. On Oct 29, I went back to the store and had the manager help me as best as they could. Got a "payment investigation" made, which I received an email confirmation for this. My current phone was temporarily deactivated and reactivated to try to "fix" the hiccup in the system.
12 days later... nothing again. No contact. Just for laughs, I did the live chat on the app the other night. They just say they will check in with their manager and then disappear. These people are worthless. They have their pre-scripted lines and then flake out.
I need a refund for PH9351332 or matters will be seriously escalated. This is turning into a theft situation now.
