Hello, when I signed up for the 5G home Internet, I was told I would be able to choose between a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses and a $200 Home Depot gift card. I have never received any way to get one of these prizes. I did call and speak to someone the week of October 28. They escalated the situation and assured me they would give me a return phone call on Monday, November 4. I've received no phone call, no email update, and no way to choose which gift I want. From reading through these community forum questions, it appears I'm not alone. Can someone please help me resolve this issue quickly?
