How are we supposed to complain about issues with online support?
The online support team is extremely incompetent and incoherent. I spent 6+ hours with online support, getting nowhere, running in circles, then they accessed my account and transferred me so many times my account was locked out and they couldn’t access it anymore for 24 hours. The next day I went to a Verizon store and the rep fixed all my issues in 10 minutes flat.
Avoid online support if you value your sanity.
