I have had nothing nice to say about Verizon for over a year. The longest break I have had from contacting Verizon customer service is a couple weeks. The Internet was awful so I complained, they set up an entirely be Internet service without cutting off the original service. They charged me for equipment I returned even though they could see it was returned. They messed up my account so bad at one point that I had to pay 2 bills in one month. Customer service always promised to fix issues but they either got worse, were fixed and reverted back etc. finally I cancelled the Internet because it literally did not work. They removed an inaccurate charge after several phone calls and in person store visits. Finally, as of now, they have added yet another $ 300 charge for equipment that I returned long ago. Verizon used to be the best cell service. Now they just do not care about customers. The quality of Verizon products and services is sub par and I can almost guarantee I will not get this issue resolved unless I clock in like I work for them and beg shamelessly for them to stop taking money I do not owe. I feel vulnerable as a consumer because I have no recourse.
