I pay $10 a month for the Disney, Hulu, ESPN+ package. I’m still being charged $5.99 for Hulu which was supposed to be taken care of by Verizon. Who should I contact to take care of this.?
from what i read in the small print a little while ago, you are the one responsible for cancelling hulu....so you wont get charged twice
Hello, Lagjag. You've come to the right place for assistance. The Disney bundle does include Hulu. May I ask, are you using the same username and password that you use for Disney and ESPN+? If you are using a different login, this is the reason you are being billed for Hulu. Please advise.
