I switched to Fios this week, installation was on Tuesday. I have spent every single day on the phone and live chat getting the same repetitive answers. No one can help me activate you tube tv. There is nothing on my account under “Home offers” to set up you tube tv and this is exactly what every single customer service representative has advised me to do. I’m ready to cancel all the service all together. Hours upon hours on the phone, being transferred constantly to only get the same response because clearly they do not know what the problem is or Verizon simply did not sign us up at all for you tube tv. Also, the internet has been spotty and not working as it should. I’m really over the poor customer service from Verizon. I expected better!
