verizon billing issue

I was ripped off by Verizon.

I went into my local Verizon Dealer to buy a new phone. while there i was told that they had a promotion where iI would get a Galaxy Tab S7 for free. To this day i am stll being charged for the pad i was ripped off. I tried to calls several times to resolve this issue with no luck
