I made my promise to lay on Friday for 197 and now my phone are turned off this is ridiculous I’m about to switch to a different phone service

Thank you for that additional information. Arrangements made after your due date do not secure service: https://www.verizon.com/support/promise-to-pay-faqs/, once the account is suspended, paying the past due is the only way to restore services. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
