I need to log into an account that I closed a few weeks ago in order to download last few statements. But the website wont allow me to sign in even with correct user name and password. Does anybody know of a way around this issue?

If someone can confirm the link given by the Verizon rep works, please let the rest of the forum know. I see threads about this topic all the time, and there wasn't any working way for former customers to login to a closed account before. I can't check for myself, as I'm a current customer.
It doesn't work. It's impossible to get in touch with someone at verizon to help this issue.

Reportedly, it is possible to login to My Verizon for up to 6 months after disconnecting/porting out, if you use the User ID associated with the account. This is not necessarily the same as your forum username. If you forgot the User ID, try this link:
