I am writing to formally request assistance in resolving an issue with the trade-in promotion associated with my Verizon account. I participated in your 2022 trade-in promotion, which advertised a $700 credit per device upon trading in eligible phones. I traded in four iPhone 12 devices, all in good condition, and these were accepted under the terms of the promotion.Despite this, my account balance does not reflect the credits I should have received. Nearly three years later, my account indicates that I have paid less than $50 toward my devices. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but the representatives I have spoken with have been unable to locate the promotion or resolve the issue.
