My husband and I added the international calling plan to our Verizon account in advance of a three-week trip. We were persuaded to adopt the monthly plan rather than the daily plan we usually use by someone who told us it would save money and would be canceled upon out return. It has not. We have been charged repeatedly for the plan we no longer need despite many attempts to cancel. My husband has been told by customer service employees in the chat and by phone that it would be 'taken care of' yet six months later we are still struggling to remove this excess charge from our monthly bill. We are beyond frustrated. Any advice much appreciated!
