I'm a new customer. I am trying to connect my internet is not working I tried to set it up through My Verizon app it's working either.This is not a good impression
Not working doesn't really tell us anything.
Is it plugged in? What's the color of the light on the device?
Are you able to connect to the wifi on the sticker?
Can you go to https://192.168.0.1
And see what the status is?
I'm sorry you are having a problem starting service. Was this for wireless or Fios? What error are you encountering?-Joe
