With our aging population, we need Alzheimer’s/Dementia designed phones offered on VZW plans. My Brother put my mom on his plan a few years ago. We bought her a new phone as she was having trouble with her older smart phone. Now she cannot figure out how to text us or get to the phone feature to place calls.
