I am a new customer transferring from T-mobile. I ordered new devices with the help of sales rep online on 11/24/24 and received devices on 11/28/24. I am trying to get my lines ported and activated from T-mobile to Verizon spent 3+ hours chatting with support and kept transferred to different department and still no solution. Also, I created an account online tried to link my number and it says number is not associated with Verizon also unable to access the gift cards(I already got an email, but still unable to access them). Not sure who I need to talk to, Online reps kept transferring me to different department and issue is still unresolved.
