I've been with Verizon for over 20 years, the services have went from great to horrible. It used to be nice to be able to talk to someone immediately, but now it's a rare thing let alone trying to get through the recordings and hoops just to try to speak to someone on the same day.
As a senior I've been trying to save money and downsize things. Seems like every time I try to cut something on Verizon services they come up with a new surcharge.
I'm really done with their terrible service. Time to move on, maybe a service that caters to seniors hopefully paying half on what I pay now.
