Hello -- there is an old, severely damaged GTE utility box located outside my apartment. The front panel is no longer attached. I think someone ran into it and the utility pole too, at least once if not multiple times. There are exposed wires and other parts, possibly pole damage too. This box needs to be removed or replaced now. How can we get a tech out here to investigate this? Please help.
