Billing Issue

I paid my bill on 11-25-24 in full. I looked at my checking account and found those took out another payment and that money is MY it came from my house payment account!!! Its the 3 times in 4-5 yrs !!! You need to put it back!!! NOW !!! I am going to the BBB company also.
