I need a disconnect letter for the City Code Office. I faxed the request form and still have not received letter.
I have now done this for 5 projects and have received nothing. Customer service says its Tech Support, but they say that since there is not an account they can't guarantee it will go through since there is no account associated with Verizon.
Construction Code REQUIRES these letters, why can we not get these letters? where do the faxes go when sent to 1-888-474-1090??????
