I had to call Verizon several times and go through many “Verizon chats” to get the trade-in value I was quoted and to get the $830 savings they quoted. After numerous hours on different days and different months I could NEVER speak to a manager about any of my issues. Instead of honoring what I was sent to upgrade my sons phone , I felt like I had to fight with Verizon for months to get the billing corrected. The phone representative then said I had to update my son’s plan to get the $830 savings…. It’s always changing and feel this is wrong. I’ve wasted so much valuable time to get this right.

After 8 payments it says I still owe ($1,088.64) $1199.99-830 = $369.99. Instead of being charged $1199.99, I was actually charged $1299.99 for iphone Pro Max in March 2024.
Now Verizon states I should pay $388.64 and return this device for the free iPhone 16 deal you see on TV adds and on the Verizon App. How can this be?
I now need a new iphone and what Verizon has quoted me, how can it ever be trusted. Many times I feel like removing all three of our phones and plans from Verizon and going with another carrier. Maybe Mint is calling me, because Verizon is not after being with them since 2018.
