I am needing to escalate my customer service issue. I have talked to 6 people over 2 months and nothing has been resolved as I was told, not to mention I have been told FOUR different things about the same situation. Now my service is suspended and no one seems to be on the same page about how to handle it. I’ve talked toTHREE people just today and they all said different things. I am beyond frustrated and so over Verizon right now. Is there a US based corporate customer service representative I can contact???
