Has anyone who works for Verizon actually attempted to use the idiotic chat? After repeated attempts to get a simple answer, I've wasted hours waiting for a response with no indication if I'm actually connected to anyone, or anything. I hope that I haven't been chatting with live people as their responses are not helpful, often inaccurate, and do not answer my inquiry. Where else to turn? Does anyone care that such an integral piece of customer service is complete garbage?
