First it was the big mess with not being able to receive some text messages however, since I posted my first comment on this platform earlier today, about not being able to receive some text messages, now I can't send or receive anything at all! My account is current. How can TracFone state that it has unlimited talk / text if you can't even send or receive one text(I am now afraid that I will even lose the ability to make calls )? Going to look into switching to another carrier. I have been a loyal customer of TracFone for over ten years without a problem, TracFone was great but since Verizon acquired TracFone, it has been a nightmare.
