I have signed up for Home TV/Internet and was supposed to receive gift cards etc.
I received notices in the mail that the gift cards are ready to be claimed.
I cannot find the tiles where to complete my claim or even see my offer.
Is Verizon just fooling you into getting the services and promising lots but giving nothing????
