I contacted customer service for help. I gave them my phone number to get into my account.
I was then called by a +91 number from India that I believe was the support person.
I hung up twice then picked up and they said they were from Verizon.
I don't know if there was any ill intent but it was very strange they called me from a personal number after I ended the chat.
