I want to know where I can file a complaint that will actually help. I have never had to call a company every month to try to get issues fixed and I have never seen a place that was worse at math then a kindergarten child would be. I have filed a complaint with the FCC guess next step is the BBB. Every month seems bill is not what they said today I am fighting them because they took two payments couple days ago are refunded one and now claiming that's past due. Really? I truly can not wait to go elsewhere!
