Received an email that says my account is ineligible for autopay with my bank account looking to get this issue resolved, any recommendations?
Use Verizon Visa card
If you missed a payment/paid late for some reason, the system cancels your autopay and won't let you sign back up for 6 months. While I personally believe one should get a little leeway, unfortunately there's no way for anyone to override the 6 month ban if it's been placed.
If you've never missed any payments, then I'd check with your bank to see if there are any issues with the transactions.
Managing your account is always important. Did you receive any information as to why it was ineligible?
