Samsung S23 Ultra 5G MMS

• I have an Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra they have a Samsung Galaxy A21, and I am able to send and receive MMS from everyone except one person. Thursday my friend sent me a picture and it loaded / rendered properly as it normally would. Then sunday it is this out of focus / pixilated / blurry image. I cannot click on the image to view it in full screen, it doesn't even show a animation or anything when clicking the image. I can download it, says it goes to " 1 photo stored to your messages stored media" but nothing was ever downloaded. Ivw got all of my MMS and RCS settings properly, and had no issues until yesterday from their number. m unsure why this happened out of nowhere when everything was fine this past Thursday, and then come Sunday it went to the hogs. Anyone know how to fix this, if so thank you in advance.

I'm sorry to hear you are having MMS issues. Let's look into this. What software version is on your device? Can you use the browser with Wi-Fi off? What mesahing app are you using? -Joe
