Verizon reps keeps on messing with my bill. This issue has been going on since June 2024.
I called in to review my current plan. The first rep said she was able to get me more discount to my bill due to me working in healthcare and been a long time user plus a Fios Home & Wireless combo. She was able to decrease my bill to around $280s for the next 12 months. Great. The amount was reflected on the next bill.
The subsequent bill (August) was increased to $330s. I called in and they said the decrease was for a month only. I got a call back from the manager and he was able to assist in decreasing my bill back to $290. It was reflected on the next month's bill.
Then in September, the bill increased YET AGAIN. The rep suggested to switch my phone plans since I was grandfathered into the old pricing and would get higher discount. Great, switched my plan to the newer ones. Got my bill down to $310 a month.
NOW, they removed my discounts (loyal customer discount and Home+mobile discount) AND increased my bill by $60.
No one can give me a straight answer. STOP MESSING WITH MY BILL.
