I have not yet recieved my free Xbox or a message to redeem it it has been a little over 15 days since I activated my home internet but haven’t recieved anything yet

We placed our order on the 27th of novermber and we got the 5g home internet with the free Xbox included and Xbox pass and the WiFi xtenders
