Error while submitting for $200 GC

Hi, I switched 4 lines to verizon and the agent who helped me promised $200 GC/line I am bringing to verizon.

I have been trying to submit for GC online but keep on getting this error message

"Your email verification didn't go through. Please try again."

I have spend hours with CS to get a resolution to this error but can't seem to get around this issue.

Can someone please help me get the GCs I was promised during the sale.
