You can't talk to an actual human about it when you call. Verizon retailers are worthless. They basically tricked thousands of people into signing up for their cheap cellphone based wifi and never intended to send us an Xbox. I'll be sending this junk back as soon as I can. I only ordered it for the Xbox. My Spectrum wifi works 10x better for the same price and they didn't lie to me to get my business.
