Trying to find what email is linked in Disney Plus addon

On my unlimited plan I get Disney Plus for free and it seems like at some point I connected it with an email. But when I try and connect it now it says "We noticed your Verizon subscription is already signed up for Disney+ with another email". I have no idea what email I used. Any way to find out? Its not the email I use for Disney+ or Verizon.

We don't want you to miss out on your streaming options. While we do not have a way to view the email used, we would recommend removing the enrollment from the service, then enrolling once again through your My Verizon account.
