I have returned a phone and a case to the Whiteland, Indiana warehouse. It was delivered on 12/5/24, and I still have not received my refund. I have called almost every single day and have been promised a call back and not once have I received a call back. The person on the phone today told me they have no contact information for the warehouse. So you mean to tell me, you are a phone company and cannot contact the warehouse at a phone number to handle this situation???? It is still on my account that I have a new device plan, which I returned! I am beyond frustrated at this point. Unbelievable Verizon, do better.
