I have had the unlimited ultimate plan for 3 months and went through the steps to let them know I was going to aruba, but have had no data since i arrived three days ago.
I have spent roughly eight hours (of my vacation) on the phone with verizon troubleshooting each time they told me they would call me back or email me. I haven't gotten a call or an email yet.
If there isn't free wifi around, I can't call a cab, ride-share, use navigation, search places to go. 50% of my calls don't work and many text don't send. I have been here 3 days and all 3 days have been compromised by lack of service promised by Verizon.
