I signed up for in a Verizon store for Verizon home internet.. with that there was a promotion for a free Xbox series S and an Xbox game bundle.. I was told I would get an email to redeem the items within a couple weeks.. I never received the emails.. I called a Verizon agent and they escalated the matter... About a week later I received the emails to redeem both the Xbox series s and the Xbox game bundle, but neither of the emails would let me redeem the items owed to me.. I got the matter escalated again.. I was told to call and I'd be able to redeem the items. Again they can't get it to go through. I spent a lot of time on hold and working with them trying to get this settled. today I was offered a $300 credit for the Xbox they put in a request for that but if I remember right I was offered a Xbox series S1 TB that component is valued at $350 not $300 and I'm still trying to get the Xbox bundle in order which I cannot redeem right now.. I'm beyond frustrated. I have been a paying customer with Verizon for over 23 years give me my stuff..
