Received a bill that includes charges for 3 lines I do not have and two devices I never received. Calling customer service turned out to be completely useless. I spoke with no less than 4 reps on the phone and two on the chat. The chat rep sent me to Verizon store, but the agent in the store got me a callback from customer service to my phone and said this is all they can do. Needless to say this last rep did not solve my problem either.
I am so regretting I switched to Verizon, will leave as soon as I can
