I was told it could take a couple of billing cycles, but it has been 5. I was given a pretty large credit to come over from another carrier when I signed on. I saw the store manager apply them to my account. He told me that I would have to wait a few billing cycles to see them get appplied. They have not once been applied to my bill.
I called and spoke to someone who said they saw the credits pending but didn’t have an answer as to why it was taking so long. I can’t wait to leave at this point. Your service isn’t better and the inability to help me is beyond frustrating.
