I recieved an offer get a phone on you with a trade in. Not only ha e I been getting charged for the phone last two months but I never got a credit for my trade in. I have been a customer for like 10 years but am seriously considering switching to Spectrum. Please if your gonna respond do it to my email [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]
