I placed two orders for Apple watches in November. Each order had two watches. I cancelled one of the orders within an hour. They were never even shipped, yet I was charged the activation fees, taxes, and monthly plan/device payment for two of the devices. I have called and chatted for hours since then and was eventually told that I needed to pay for the charges and this would be fixed with my next bill. Lo and behold nothing was fixed. How can I talk to someone who can fix this?
