Verizon has by four out in their self with having the worst customer service ever I don’t know what to do at this point. I’ve had a phone that was ordered in my name without my permission back in July and they still have not taken care of it they say they’re gonna do it and then we fight or my phone gets disconnected. I’m charged $20 fee. I’m charged $10 to reconnect it and this is something that I have no control because their chart they have an over $1000 charge on my account. This is ridiculous. They keep I was on the phone this morning for five hours being transferred in circles over and over and over I think they need to retrain their customer service representative. There are by far. The worst I have ever experienced not only the customer service representative, but also the service in general. I can’t get anything done without being on the phone for hours at a time I think I’m seriously going to be switching carriers here because this is horrible service
