Can’t restore cloud

Hi I mistakenly deleted Verizon cloud and then reinstated right away I got the message that my Verizon cloud was deleted but I had 30 days to restore I tried multiple times it’s been 3 days but nothing has been restored I tried to restore media but nothing shows up from my previous syncs

anyone has had their cloud restore? I’m so mad it’s over the last 4 years of memories in there

The Restore content feature in the Cloud app will scan the device, and then offer to restore those items that are in Cloud storage but not on the device. Contacts are not on this list as they are a sync service and in near-constant cross update.

Hi unfortunately I’ve called tech support and have done everything imaginable to get my old files and nothing has popped up. It’s just the new files

Does Verizon not have a archive?

Craig, I'm wondering if the OP deleted their Verizon Cloud account (not just removed downloaded data from their device), which would mean someone at Verizon would have to recover the data from your server? If they turned their cloud service back on, maybe it made a new cloud account.
