I cancelled my 5g internet service online Dec 6, got a sorry to see you go note, but apparently the service didn't disconnect and they are billing me for the whole month. I tried taking the box back to the store the same day and they would not take it. I called the customer service number on several occasions, but a return box was never sent. the website is faulty for not immediately disconnecting as requested and I should not be charged for the whole month.
