It’s been over a month since and I haven’t received a refund for a canceled order all of the representatives keep saying the same thing no one is helping me this is ridiculous

Yes I'll ordered my iPhone 15 pro Max and my ultra 2 Apple watch both certified pre-owned and I paid for them on October the 3rd I still haven't received my phones or my watch but I've received a bill for them and they was supposed to be giving me a refund and they gave me $43 of the $106.32 that I paid for the items and also I spoke with them today and they said that they were going to refund the rest of my money to my card immediately and give me overnight shipping on the two items I purchased but now they're acting like they have no clue I talked to about 15 different people on the chat and they just kept sending me to different people different people this is really frustrating and I've got every screenshot of everything my receipts the chats everything and I'm very disappointed and I will either be contacting the arbitration for a hearing on this if they're not willing to make this right they said that they would and give me overnight shipping that I will receive my phone and watch in the morning there's no such history nowhere of that and the system and I still haven't received my refund it is October the 25th and I paid for it October 3rd and haven't gotten anything except a a bill this is really ridiculous and I will be let it known to the whole Verizon community on social media and also the better Business bureau this is not right especially when I spent all the money I had for the phone in the watch because I didn't have a phone and I still don't have a phone and I don't have my money either
