I am paying for a phone that was to be free to me. I have call Verizon 2 times. I have to the store 3 times. I am getting tired of run around.
This just happened to me as well. Beyond frustrating. For of my 5 phones are now full price out of nowhere. Only switched because of the promotion where the phones would be free
