I recently ordered a Verizon phone and when I ordered it, I selected to have my straight talk number transferred. Upon getting the phone, it says that the sim on my straight talk phone cannot be transferred to the esim on the iPhone 15 plus. I’ve contacted both Verizon and straight talk multiple times and it turns out that the number has yet to be transferred. I’d like to know how to cancel the port and just get a new number so I can activate my service.
