How can I get my address into Verizon database? I have a new construction home and I've been trying to install Fios internet but I keep getting the run around from representatives. They will not update my address in the database. When I input my neighbors' addresses (directly across and next to me), their addresses come up available for Verizon fios. My whole block is available for Verizon fios and there’s only 6 homes. They will not send out an engineer to even review the property. I’m on the verge of contracting the CEO, president or CFPB at this point. Has anyone had any success getting their new construction on the map for Verizon? They won’t even submit a ticket. They told me “their hands are tied".
